Dr. Gali Umschweif-Nevo is a distinguished researcher at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a leader in neuropharmacology and mental health research. Her research seeks to address significant obstacles to developing effective therapeutic measures to treat mental health disorders such as PTSD, depression, and anxiety. Dr. Umschweif-Nevo earned her B.S. in Pharmacy, M.S. in Pharmacology, and Ph.D. in Neuropharmacology from HU and was a Postdoctoral Associate at Rockefeller University. Her research has been published in a wide range of academic journals, including the Journal of Molecular Psychiatry, Biological Psychiatry, and the European Journal of Neuroscience.
